1. Who We Are
Bloom & Word (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides education consulting services, including admissions consulting, resume review, recommendation letter guidance, and essay review for MBA and graduate school applicants. By purchasing or using our services, you (“client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
Our services include, as selected and purchased by you: – Admissions consulting (strategy, positioning, timeline) – Resume review – Recommendation letter guidance – Essay review, brainstorming, commenting, and polishing – Hourly check-in sessions
The specific scope, deliverables, and number of revisions for each engagement will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
3. No Guarantee of Admission
We provide guidance, feedback, and editing support based on professional experience. We do not guarantee admission to any school or program. Admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions themselves and depend on many factors outside our control, including your full application, test scores, background, and the competitiveness of each admissions cycle.
4. Client Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information, essays, and materials you provide.
- You are responsible for final review and submission of all application materials — we do not submit applications on your behalf.
- You agree to provide materials with reasonable time before deadlines; rushed or last-minute requests may be declined or subject to expedited pricing.
5. Originality & Academic Integrity
We provide brainstorming, commenting, strategic feedback, and polishing support. Final essays and application materials must remain your own original work. We do not write essays on your behalf to be submitted as the client’s own writing, consistent with the academic integrity policies of the institutions you are applying to. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your target schools’ policies on outside assistance.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full before work begins on each engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are as listed on our website at the time of purchase, or as otherwise quoted directly to you.
- We reserve the right to update pricing for future engagements; pricing for work already paid for will not change.

8. Confidentiality

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom & Word’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, denied admission, or lost income.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
